This Cape Grim beef powder consists of finely ground biltong.
Derived from Malaysian flavours of coriander introduced in early migration to the South African Cape, our traditional variety imbues the light and sweet tastes akin to citrus and curry that was most popularly embraced in South African culture as the traditional style of biltong flavour.
Sprinkle on your favourite foods for flavour and an extra hit of protein! Add to scrambled eggs, warm buttered toast, hot chips, even two minute noodles! Our personal favourite is to add it to a popular Australian yeast extract spread.
So what's in our dust? We only use beautiful, marbled meat derived from contented livestock. This is the only option for the Tasmania Wild biltong. All of our gourmet snack meats are produced in small batches to ensure quality and authenticity.
