While traditionally South African biltong did not include a garlic variety, we wanted to meld Aussie flavours with our home-grown recipe for a delicious union of flavours.
We only use beautiful, marbled meat derived from contented livestock. This is the only option for the Tasmania Wild biltong. All of our gourmet snack meats are hand-carved, produced in small batches to ensure quality and authenticity.
